Warm Eyeshadow Palettes - My Top Picks

A few weeks ago, I wrote a blog post about three eyeshadow palettes that I would take to a desert island. Now I have quite big makeup collection and like I said in that post, it would be too hard to part with them all. Now especially with eyeshadow palettes, I thought it would be interesting to go along with the desert island post to break up eyeshadow palettes into sections and recommend my picks. Starting with warm eyeshadow palettes. I've owned the three I will mention for quite some time now so they have been very tried and tested.

Rimmel London Magnif'Eyes Spice Edition

Want the London look? All eyes on you! Magnif'Eyes eye contouring palette spice edition is an 12-shade ALL IN ONE eyeshadow, liner, and highlighter palette. High-shimmer, ultra-smooth, blendable formula to easily create endless combinations of looks with one eye palette! Turn up the heat with these warm orange eyeshadow shades to suit everyone.

Still easily my most used eyeshadow palette. I honestly think there is not much else I can say about this palette without repeating myself! Although I am including the Urban Decay Naked Heat (see below), this palette is a great high street alternative. In fact, I had bought this for when I was doing my High Street vs. High End #GRWM posts. Even though that was in replacement for the Smashbox palette, it is basically an exact dupe.

If you only wanted to buy one, which is probably the better idea, I would recommend this one. But if you are a fellow makeiup junkie, you might end up with the others too!

Urban Decay Naked Heat

Crank up the temperature with the Urban Decay Heat Palette, a set of 12 scorching shades for creating sultry, smoky, ultra-hot looks. The most shade-driven palette Urban Decay has ever created, the dozen amber-hued eyeshadows range from shimmering copper to metallic red and look incredible on any skin tone.

This palette sparked my love for a warm eyeshadow palette. I remember all the excitement into the build-up for this, and I bought it as soon as it was released. Like I said above, the Rimmel palette is a pretty much exact dupe for this palette so I probably didn't need both. However if you fancy treating yourself, why not get the Naked Heat.

I do think the shimmery shades are slightly better in the Naked Heat, but I find that is often the case with higher end eyeshadows. The packaging is also a little bit sturdier, and a bit easier to fit in my makeup table. I'll still keep both! Can't be using the Spice Edition in every Makeup Monday post!

Smashbox Cover Shot Eye Palette Ablaze

"With shades in rich red clay and hot terra cotta, this palette captures the warmth of the desert in a range of sun-drenched shades—these dimensional pigments are perfect for adding depth and contouring."

£24.00

If you are a fairly new or completely new reader to this blog, I was given this palette when I was lucky enough to be chosen to go to an event at Smashbox Studios with Anna Newton and Lily Pebbles. We were all given a full face of Smashbox products to use. I was very excited that it included a warm eyeshadow palette.

This has the least amount of eyeshadows in it, but at least it's a bit different. Whilst the other two are very orange/terracotta based, this palette features a few almost purple based shades. I would say it is essentially a condensed version of the other two.

Have you tried any of these palettes?
