First Impressions - LARITZY Cosmetics Long Lasting Liquid Lipstick

It's about time I talked about a new liquid lipstick on here. We know I love a liquid lipstick and I am always excited when I try a new one. I was given the LARITZY Long Lasting Liquid Lipstick in my December Birchbox. I will be honest, it took me a while to remember where I got this from as I did not post a blog for my December Birchbox as I was in my bloggers block. But now I remembered, I thought I would try it for a first impressions so I can actually tell you more about it. I've tried quite a few liquid lipsticks now so I have a particular idea of what I like. Let's see how this lived up.

This liquid lipstick is available in 10 shades. The brand is based in Canada, and from their website it looks like they only ship to Canada and the US. I got this on Birchbox, but it's only available on there in two shades and they only had a few products on Glossybox. So I'm a little disappointed that it is difficult to get hold of outside of North America.

Now the way I am going to explain the formula might be a little confusing. I felt like it was a thick, thin formula. What I mean by that is the formula was thin, but it built up on the edges like a thicker formula does. Did that make any sense? It is a little transparent but I often find that the thinner formulas tend to do that. But it is still opaque enough to be worn without lip liner.

The colour is coming up a lot more pink in the photos than it actually is in real life, I would say it is a little more rose-like, very similar to my Charlotte Tilbury Hollywood Lips in Too Bad I'm Bad. I do think it is a beautiful colour, and as it is a darker pink it has the potential to look great on a variety of skintones.

Overall it lasted ok. It felt comfortable on the lips. The day I wore it, I had at least three hot drinks as well as lunch and did not reapply. By the end of the day, a lot had gone but considering that I hadn't topped up after food and drink, I was pretty impressed.

As it is quite difficult to find, and it already is a pretty decent colour match to Charlotte Tilbury, I probably would not repurchase. The Charlotte Tilbury is only £4 more so I might as well purchase that. I will keep using it though as it is a good product.

Have you tried this liquid lipstick?

  1. I've not tried liquid lipsticks before so would have no idea where to start? Though I don't think I would try this since it's hard to ship outside the states but I may try the Charlotte Tilsbury one you mentioned.
