March Plan With Me - A Few Changes

It feels fitting to share my March bullet journal spread, for the first blog post of the month, which falls on the first day! I really enjoyed creating and sharing all my spreads from last month, and was excited to start with the next. This month's theme follows Amanda Rach Lee's March Plan With Me. I decided to go all green and I really like how it has turned out. Amanda's spreads are always very easy to recreate, and look great.

The Changes

I noticed over the last few months, even into last year that there were two spreads that I just was not filling in regulary. Those were my IGTV and stats pages. So to not continue wasting paper, this month I have decided to conduct a mini experiment. I am not doing a stats spread this month, and if I want to, I can do it on my laptop.

I am also taking out my IGTV spread completely. What I have done instead, is just added it onto my Instagram spread. That way if I don't have any ideas, I don't feel as wasteful. We'll see what happens!

If you have seen any of my plan with me posts before, my planning spreads do not change. I draw two boxes at the top that start from the seventh dot in, and end at the seventh dot from the right. On the left page, I colour it in with my Tombow Fudenosuke Hard Tip Brush Pen, and on the right I just leave it blank. For the left side, I write the title in with the Uniball Signo Broad in White.

However I did something a little different with the drop shadows. Rather than sticking with one colour for each box, I've coloured each drop shadow to one of the greens that I used.  For the blog planning spread, I used one of the dark green Crayola SuperTips, and the Tombow Dual Tip Brush Pen in 192.

For the Instagram spread, I used the other dark green Crayola SuperTips, and a Zebra Mildliner

Weekly Spread

For my first weekly spread, I took recreated one of this weekly spread from Amanda's July 2018 Sunflower Theme. I used the Tombow Dual Tip Brush Pen in 192 to outline the boxes. I did first draw out the leaves first, coloured them in so that I could stop the lines where I needed them to be as I wanted the leaves to be on top.

What are your plans for March?
