Ingredients
- 1 apple (I have only used red apples so far)
- 1 banana
- 1 kiwi
- A handful of frozen strawberries and blueberries
- Honey
- Coconut milk
- Water
Method
- Peel the kiwi and banana and then chop them up into smaller chunks so it is easier to blend; Cut up the apple into chunks and remove the core - you can buy apple corers which make it super easy!
- Put the fruit into the blender and then pour in about a handful of frozen strawberries and blueberries
- Put in two squeezes of honey - which I think is about two tablespoons
- I poured in some coconut milk about half way up to the 'Max' line on the large NutriBullet cup and then the rest with water. Again, I am not sure how much this but it might be about 300ml
- Place the blender lid on and blend blend blend!
- Pour into a glass and enjoy!
